Mary Lynne Kaatz graduated with her Masters of Accountancy degree with a Finance collateral from the Haslam College of Business at The University of Tennessee, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Tennessee.
She began her career in financial services in 2016 working as an auditor with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Atlanta, Georgia. She later transitioned into corporate accounting at Sharecare, Inc. where she served as Manager of Technical Accounting and assisted in the company’s public offering, as well as the acquisitions of several companies.
Mary Lynne joined Baird in July of 2023. She holds the Series 7 and Series 66 licenses as well as her life, health, and long-term care insurance licenses. She serves on the Board of CASA Nashville and is a member of the Harpeth Hall Head's Young Alumnae Council.
Mary Lynne and her husband, Seth, are Nashville natives and live in Brentwood with their son, Graham, and daughter, Allison. As a family, they enjoy swimming in the neighborhood pool, hiking the red and white trails in Percy Warner park, and working diligently to keep weeds out of the yard.
